FAQ Do I need to make an account to place an order?
You can shop at Scentsation by either registering with us or using a guest account to check out. However, creating an account at Scentsation allows you to manage your account details, review past purchases, saves your shipping details for future orders and gives you the benefit of staying up-to-date with our new arrivals or any sales/promotions

How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed while navigating our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any product page, select your brand, the quantity you wish to purchase, and then press the “Add to Cart” button. This will open up your shopping cart where you may choose to continue shopping, or head on to checkout. On the checkout page, you may add/confirm your personal and shipping information, select payment option, and review your order before clicking on “Shop Now”

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
You can pay us cash on delivery when you receive the product at your doorstep or make a prepaid payment by depositing the amount in our bank account. Details shall be provided to you on the checkout page when making a purchase.

How can I track the status of my order?
To track your order, you can email our customer care at reachus@scentsation.com.pk and or call us and speak to our customer care representative who will inform you of the consignment number of our courier service. The order can then be tracked by using this consignment number on the courier’s website or calling the courier service company.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?

How long will my delivery take?
Once the order has been confirmed, the expected delivery time is 3-5 working days.

What are the delivery charges of my order?
We currently charge PKR 250/- upon placing an order for local shipping within Pakistan
