Return & Exchange Policy
At Scentsation we aim to provide convenient shopping experience. We offer 15 days Exchange policy, for exchange claim please contact us via call or email.
- The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
- Returns apply to items that arrive damaged, dried out, or broken due to shipping/while in transit.
- Customers may get a replacement or store credit.
- Any store credit or vouchers issued as a return need to be used within 2 weeks, or else the voucher/store credit becomes invalid.
- The item being exchanged must be unused and in original packaging.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- Change of mind, not liking product, etc are NOT covered by the easy return policy.
- Customer must have original, authentic, and valid receipt of purchase.
- No complaints will be honored 3 business days after receiving the order.
- No exchange allowed on sale/discounted/promotional items.
- The return has to be of the same value as the purchase price. If an item is purchased using a coupon or during a sale, the refund/store credit amount should match the original price paid and not the full price.
- Easy returns do not apply to claims that we sell fake or inauthentic products. Our products are 100% authentic, and from authorized dealers.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty.
